# Occasions and experiences

An **occasion** is the kind of thing you want to do. An **experience** is a particular thing a guest offers within it, such as Cupboard Cooking or Forest Bathing. Each experience has one main occasion and may also fit others. It also says who it works for: just you, the two of you, or everyone at the table.

The current occasions, experiences and guests are listed in this knowledge base's generated pages (occasions, experiences/, guests/), which are built from the live catalogue.
