Your account

Delete your account

Plain English, on purpose. Last updated 15 October 2026.

In the app

Open Profile. At the bottom, press Delete, then confirm. That removes your account, your coins and your study answers.

Or write to us

The quickest way is the app. If you cannot use it, write to support@asclepeion.org and say you would like your account deleted. We hold no name or email, so tell us what you can, such as roughly when you started, and we will try to find it.

What stays

A few records are kept without your name, for accounting. The privacy policy says which, and for how long.
