The agreement

By using Asclepiad you agree to these terms with Asclepeion Ltd, Companies House 15830285, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX.

Who it is for

Adults. You confirm the year you were born when you install the app. A session with a few people at the table may include someone under eighteen only when an adult at that table confirms it.

What Asclepiad is, and is not

A guest for an occasion — a meal, a walk, a practice, a project, or taking stock of something. The guests are AI. Nothing a guest says is medical, legal or financial advice, and Asclepiad is not therapy, treatment or a substitute for a professional. If you are in danger, use the SOS control or call your local emergency number.

Your account

Lives on your phone, with a recovery code shown once when you install; the code reopens it on another phone. A passkey comes with the store release. We cannot recover it for you: if you lose the phone and the code, the account and its AsclepiCoins are gone. You can delete the account any time from Profile.

Your words

What you say in a session is yours. We do not sell it and do not train on it. What we keep from a session, and for how long, is set out in the privacy policy.

Behaviour

Do not use Asclepiad to harm anyone, including yourself, or to get a guest to say something it should not.

Liability

Asclepiad is provided as it is. We exclude liability as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will ask you to agree again.
