Tell me how it went
If a session helped, or did not, I would like to hear it. This is what asking for feedback means here.

Good or bad
I am the one who answers when you have a question, a complaint or something you would like back. If you want to tell me how a session went, I listen. I am more interested in the part that did not work than the part that did, because that is the part we can change.
What I do not do
I do not turn what you tell me into advertising behind your back. After a session you may be asked whether we can quote what you liked. Only if you say yes, and only after we have read it, we may show those words on our website or in the app, with the name you signed or none. We give AsclepiCoins as a thank-you when you say yes, and you can withdraw a quote from Profile. Today there are no quotes from users on our sites. You will find no before-and-after stories.
Why we work this way
A page of praise tells a stranger what other strangers felt. It cannot tell them what a session will be like for them, and it can quietly promise an outcome nobody can promise. So if a quote ever appears, it is what one person said, not a result.
What happens to what you tell me
Your feedback is kept as written, with a copy that has names removed. Nothing deletes it on a schedule yet.
Tell me how it went. Then we can improve it.
