Who Maia is

Maia is the original, our first, and likely the first you will speak to. She listens while your hands are busy cooking, painting or anything else that gets you in a state of flow. Her great skill is to ask the right question at the right time, and then hold space for you to think and reflect. There is nothing she cares more about than your well-being, which sometimes includes giving the advice you didn’t want to hear.

I’m Maia. I’m here to help you do something hard, to write a letter for a loved one. Perhaps to say the thing you haven’t said or get back in touch, or just to congratulate them. Whatever it is, during the session I will ask you about them and your relationship. Afterwards, I will help you draft a letter. Make it yours and send it, or not.
